DIFFERENT TASKS. THE RIGHT CONFIGURATION.
Leasing and property visits
Count the leasing representative and visitors before choosing designated seating. Compare 2+2 for two forward-facing and two rear-facing seats, or 4 Forward when four forward-facing seats fit the tour. Evaluate entry, foot space and stopping locations with the people who will use the cart.
List the tools, consumables and equipment normally moved between buildings. Compare cargo-bed dimensions against the actual load, then verify vehicle payload limits with your dealer. Keep passenger transportation and cargo handling separate.
Map office, storage, parking and service locations. Include access gates, surface changes and planned charging spaces. If vehicles move between properties, discuss transport arrangements rather than assuming the connecting roads permit cart use.
Use these questions to make your dealer conversation specific to the property.
Write down the daily jobsSeparate leasing tours, staff transport and maintenance trips. Share busy periods, the number of operators and whether departments will share vehicles.
Measure access and storageBring gate widths, parking dimensions and route notes. Review slopes, clearance and loading points with your dealer; product dimensions should be checked against the actual site.
Prepare charging and handoverIdentify the responsible team, charging area, key storage and daily inspection process. Confirm the supplied charger and electrical requirements for each vehicle.
Clarify the ownership planRequest the written quote, included equipment, warranty terms, local service arrangements and delivery timing. Compare availability before scheduling a fleet changeover.
ONE B-SERIES. DIFFERENT JOBS.
FIND THE RIGHT COALA FOR YOUR OPERATION.
Compare existing models, then review the configuration and operating requirements with your dealer.
Choose around the task. Passenger models provide designated seating for tours and staff. Utility models provide cargo beds for approved loads. A mixed fleet may be appropriate when both jobs are routine; share the requirements separately.
Which utility bed size is right for maintenance?
Measure the longest items and the total weight of a normal load. Compare 39-, 51- and 63-inch beds, then have your dealer verify rated capacity and loading suitability. A longer bed is not a guarantee of higher payload.
Can we drive between properties on public streets?
Do not assume so. Check the exact vehicle documents and the complete route with the appropriate authority. Registration, insurance and local road rules are separate from choosing a seating layout.
What information should we include in a fleet inquiry?
Include your organization, ZIP code, estimated vehicle count and timeline. Add passenger counts, tools or cargo dimensions, route notes and charging plans. A dealer can then discuss suitable configurations and current availability.
